4. Payments & Fees

Where applicable, fees and rates are displayed before you confirm a booking. You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of paid features. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Learns Academy a license to host and display it on the Platform. You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, infringing, or harmful content, and not to misuse messaging, reviews, or other community features.

6. Verification & Badges

Tutor verification badges reflect an administrative review at a point in time and are provided for informational purposes. They are not a guarantee of any tutor’s qualifications, conduct, or results.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Learns Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learns Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
